The Lakes Faith Single Malt Whisky Quatrefoil Collection

Our Whiskymaker, Dhavall Gandhi has designed this limited edition collection to showcase our use of American, Spanish, and French oak with our distinctive sherry-led maturation style to demonstrate the wide flavour spectrum can offer. Each release will be a different representation of what can be achieved using the multi-oak maturation style. It takes courage to even contemplate tackling Striding Edge - arguably the most precarious, exposed, thrilling walk in the Lake District, if not the British Isles - and faith to conquer it. Faith is a complex single malt whisky, matured initially in American & Spanish oak casks. This was followed by a second maturation in PX hogsheads made up of American and Spanish oak. As with all single malt whisky from The Lakes Distillery, we add no colourants so the natural colours derived from our oak casks can be showcased in every bottle. The result is a whisky with comforting notes of vanilla, dried fruits and hints of cinnamon.
