Torabhaig Sound of Sleat Single Malt

Nose: Bright citrus zest opens the glass before a veil of seaweed and fresh maritime air builds. Beneath that there’s subtle pipe-tobacco smoke, honeyed vanilla and soft boiled sweets.
Palate: Clean and fresh at first, with apple and toffee, then bonfire smoke and salty sea spray take over. Vanilla fudge, white pepper and a waxy texture anchor the profile.
Finish: Medium-long and coastal... the smoke lingers, along with dry oak tannin, honeyed warmth and an echo of salted driftwood.
