Untitled Napa Chardonnay

Untitled is a contemporary Napa Valley wine project focused on crafting small-production wines that emphasize vineyard quality and varietal purity. Rather than highlighting a single estate, the label sources fruit from carefully selected vineyards throughout Napa Valley, allowing each vintage to showcase the region's exceptional growing conditions while maintaining a distinctive house style.

The Napa Valley Chardonnay is produced from hand-harvested Chardonnay grown in cool pockets of Napa Valley, where morning fog and warm afternoon sunshine promote slow ripening and concentrated flavour development. The combination of well-drained soils and a long growing season contributes both richness and vibrant natural acidity.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Brilliant pale gold with green-gold reflections

Nose: Aromas of Meyer lemon, ripe pear, white peach, and baked apple layered with notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, brioche, and subtle baking spice

Palate: Medium- to full-bodied, with flavours of orchard fruit, citrus curd, and stone fruit supported by bright acidity. A creamy texture from lees ageing is complemented by notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and delicate minerality

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering citrus, ripe pear, toasted almond, and refreshing acidity
