One of the smallest appellations in the world, spread over just 85 hectares halfway between the sea and the mountains. Here, strong temperature variations between day and night and between seasons, combined with perfect southern exposure of the vineyards, give wines of unparalleled elegance. Tasting Notes: On the nose, it offers a broad bouquet ranging from ripe fruits like black cherry and plum to complex tertiary aromas such as coffee powder, leather and an elegant balsamic note in the final.
