Yalumba Museum Release Muscat

Yalumba, founded in 1849, is Australia’s oldest family-owned winery and one of the country's most respected producers. Located in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, Yalumba has a long-standing reputation for producing premium table wines and exceptional fortified wines.

The Museum Release Muscat is sourced from the Rutherglen and South Australian Muscat tradition, utilizing highly aromatic Muscat grapes harvested at full ripeness. Following fermentation, the wine is fortified with grape spirit to retain natural sweetness and preserve the grape’s vibrant aromatics.

Colour: Deep amber to mahogany with copper highlights

Nose: Intense aromas of raisins, figs, dates, and orange peel layered with notes of toffee, caramel, roasted nuts, coffee, and exotic spice

Palate: Rich and full-bodied, with luscious flavours of dried fruits, molasses, honey, toffee, and marmalade. The texture is velvety and concentrated, balanced by freshness that prevents the sweetness from becoming cloying

Finish: Exceptionally long and complex, with lingering notes of caramel, dried fruit, spice, roasted nuts, and citrus peel
