Colour: Brilliant medium ruby with vibrant crimson highlights.

Nose: Lifted aromas of wild raspberry, red cherry, strawberry, rose petal, dried thyme, white pepper, and subtle baking spice, with hints of crushed stone and earth.

Palate: Medium-bodied and beautifully textured, offering flavours of raspberry, cranberry, Morello cherry, and red plum layered with licorice, savoury herbs, and delicate spice. Fine, powdery tannins and lively acidity create impressive energy and balance.

Finish: Long, elegant, and mineral-driven, with lingering red fruit, floral notes, subtle spice, and exceptional freshness.
