Escorihuela Gascon Extra Brut Rose

Escorihuela Gascón is one of Argentina’s most historic wineries, founded in Mendoza in 1884 by Miguel Escorihuela Gascón. With more than a century of winemaking heritage, the winery is recognized for producing wines that combine tradition, innovation, and a strong sense of place.

The Extra Brut Rosé is crafted from carefully selected grapes grown in Mendoza’s high-altitude vineyards. The region’s intense sunlight, cool nights, and dry climate allow grapes to develop concentrated flavours while retaining the acidity necessary for premium sparkling wine production.

Colour: Pale salmon pink with fine, persistent bubbles

Nose: Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry layered with notes of citrus zest, rose petals, and delicate pastry nuances

Palate: Light- to medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity and flavours of fresh red berries, pink grapefruit, and crisp apple. The mousse is creamy and refined, providing texture and balance

Finish: Clean and refreshing, with lingering berry fruit, citrus, and subtle autolytic notes
