Terravista Figaro

Integrated nose of apples and yellow fruits with pronounced whiffs of chamomile are followed and supported by expressive flavours of pear and Jonagold apples sprinkled with shortbread crumbs. A core of blanched almonds with a dusting of ginger lingers on the finish.We refer to Figaro as our “winter white” and with its almost meaty quality we like to pair it with the Marseille’s inspired bouillabaisse.
