Extroso Appassimento is crafted in the tradition of southern Italian wines that utilize the appassimento method, a technique in which harvested grapes are partially dried before fermentation. This process concentrates sugars, flavours, and aromas, resulting in wines with enhanced richness, texture, and complexity.

Colour: Deep ruby red with garnet and purple reflections

Nose: Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and dried plum layered with notes of raisin, cocoa, vanilla, sweet spice, and dark chocolate

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety, with concentrated flavours of ripe dark berries, black cherry, and fig. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity support notes of mocha, baking spice, and subtle oak

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dark fruit, chocolate, and spice
