We hand-selected and married these bourbon barrels from our inventory to bring out their best characteristics. Bottled at cask strength so you can experience the true flavor of our blend of straight bourbon whiskeys – Joe Beatrice This a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys — 5, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 15-year old barrels — distilled and aged in TN, KY, IN and WY. The Indiana whiskeys, 5 years old, bring tropical fruit notes, while the 10-year-old high-rye Tennessee bourbons provide stone fruit. Most of the other barrels were noteworthy for their nuttiness.After mingling separately for a month, they were all blended together.
