VPA Saveurs du Temps Rouge 2020

Saveurs du Temps is produced by Vignerons Propriétés Associés in Costières de Nîmes, an appellation at the southern edge of the Rhône Valley influenced by both the Mediterranean and Rhône corridor.

The 2020 is 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache. It is produced without oak, allowing Syrah’s dark fruit, florals and peppery spice to remain at the forefront while Grenache adds juicy red fruit and roundness. The finished wine is approximately 14% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep ruby-purple.
Nose: Blackberry and dark cherry with violet, black pepper and subtle mineral notes.
Palate: Full and juicy, with ripe black fruit and cherry balanced by fresh acidity and smooth tannins.
Finish: Clean and vibrant, with lingering dark berries, pepper and mineral freshness.
