Château Marquis de Terme 2022 Margaux(PREORDER)

Château Marquis de Terme 2022 reflects the estate’s gravel-rich Margaux terroir and the concentration achieved in a warm, low-yielding vintage. Careful vineyard work and precise harvest timing ensured ripe fruit while retaining freshness and balance. Vinification is carried out plot by plot, with temperature-controlled fermentations designed to extract fine tannins, color, and aromatic complexity with restraint. The blend, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and smaller portions of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, is aged in French oak barrels—roughly 40–50% new—for about 16–18 months. This measured élevage enhances structure and polish while allowing the wine’s floral Margaux character to remain front and center.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of black cherry, cassis, and plum are layered with violet, cedar, and subtle notes of spice and graphite. The palate is elegant yet expressive, offering ripe dark fruit framed by silky, finely woven tannins and lively acidity.
