Falloch takes inspiration from the nearby River Falloch, reflecting balance and movement through careful cask selection and thoughtful maturation that highlights both fruit-forward spirit and structured oak influence.

Tasting Notes:
The nose opens with ripe orchard fruit, honeyed malt, and soft floral notes, layered with gentle oak spice. On the palate, flavours of baked apple, vanilla, and light toffee emerge, complemented by subtle citrus and warming spice. The finish is smooth and medium-long, leaving lingering notes of sweet malt, soft oak, and a clean, elegant freshness.
