Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa

Named after one of the ships commanded by Admiral Rodney which broke the lines at the Battle of the Saints in the West Indies. This decisive victory allowed Britain to control the Caribbean Sea.The rum is a blend of St. Lucian rum which range from five to nine years old, having been aged in former Bourbon barrels. The result is a densely flavoured rum, full of dried fruit, vanilla, oak, woodspice, cream, honey and milk chocolate notes.This is a really well balanced bottling with the different styles of rum working to compliment each other.A welcome addition to Admiral Rodney’s range, this is a delightful sipping rum.
