Cabin Collective Arts Collab - Stratosphere Dbl West Coast IPA

Our expedition to the far reaches of the hop world continues, with a bold new IPA that is firmly rooted in the past. We teamed up with Ontario brewery Collective Arts to create some combined hop artistry in the form of a West Coast DIPA that we call Stratosphere.We dusted off old school hops –Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial–and added new Strata hops to create bright citrus character with tropical fruit backing notes and an underlying dankness that really brings the aromas alive.This beer is out of this world. It’s insanely aromatic, dry, and has long-lasting bitterness to remind you of the days when an IPA was an IPA. Grab a glass and join our expedition; there is a universe of flavour to be found.
