Larceny Bourbon Barrel Proof C925

Produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, Larceny traces its roots to the legendary Old Fitzgerald wheated bourbon tradition. Unlike rye-forward bourbons, Larceny uses wheat as the secondary grain, resulting in a rounder, softer profile with enhanced sweetness and texture.
Batch C925, the third and final release of 2025, was bottled at 119.6 proof and aged between 6 to 8 years. The Larceny line has received significant industry recognition over the years, including top honours at the American Distilling Institute Awards, while C925 itself earned a Silver medal at the 2026 World Whiskies Awards.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Warm aromas of toasted bread, caramel, cinnamon, dark fruit, and baked pastry mingle with hints of maple syrup and charred oak.

Palate: Rich and viscous with layers of buttery toffee, molasses, cocoa, black cherry, baking spice, and roasted nuts balanced by warming peppery heat.
