Nikka Days, the latest creation of the brand, is a shining example of this state of mind.”This sense of renewal is captured by the brightness of the whisky’s flavours and its starkly modern design.The bottling is made with spirits from Nikka’s Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, and features some faintly peated spirit in the mix.The final result is a blend rich in sweet cereal notes, accompanied by touches of malt, almonds, hazelnuts, fragrant peat smoke, apricots, peaches, plums, apples and vanilla.A top notch offering that would make the perfect introduction to Japanese whisky.
