Single Cask Nation Williamson 12 Year Old is an independently bottled Islay single malt selected by Single Cask Nation, the independent bottling arm founded by the Jewish Whisky Company. "Williamson" is the industry pseudonym traditionally used for undisclosed Laphroaig single malt, paying homage to Bessie Williamson, the legendary owner and manager who helped shape the distillery's modern legacy. Distilled in 2012 and matured for 12 years in a single cask before bottling in 2025 at a natural cask strength of 58.6% ABV, this release is presented at natural colour and without chill filtration. The carefully selected cask allows the distillery's iconic medicinal peat and maritime influence to evolve alongside vibrant citrus, creamy vanilla, and refined oak, creating a whisky that highlights both the power and elegance of mature Islay spirit.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Coastal peat smoke rises alongside lemon zest, green apple, vanilla cream, sea spray, iodine, smoked herbs, honey, and subtle tropical fruit with hints of fresh oak.

Palate: Rich and oily with flavours of sweet malt, grilled citrus, vanilla, salted caramel, orchard fruit, cracked pepper, medicinal peat, smoked almonds, and maritime salinity wrapped in a full-bodied texture.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering notes of bonfire smoke, citrus oils, sea salt, vanilla, white pepper, soft ash, and gentle oak spice.
