Bodegas Urbina is a family-owned estate in Rioja Alta, recognized for its dedication to classic Rioja methods, including estate-grown fruit, restrained yields, and long ageing in both barrel and bottle. The Reserva Especial is crafted primarily from Tempranillo, with possible inclusion of small amounts of Garnacha or Graciano depending on the vintage. Vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils contribute to both structure and finesse.
