Colour: Brilliant pale gold with silver reflections

Nose: Aromas of white peach, pear, and apricot layered with notes of acacia blossom, citrus zest, honey, and subtle toasted almond

Palate: Medium- to full-bodied, with a creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity. Flavours of stone fruit, citrus, and orchard fruit are complemented by hints of spice, brioche, and limestone minerality

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering floral notes, fresh citrus, and a refined mineral edge
