La Chablisienne Vibrant Petite Chablis

Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne is a historic cooperative bringing together growers throughout the Chablis region. Its distinctive model gives the winery control from freshly pressed must through fermentation and élevage, allowing it to maintain a consistent house style across numerous vineyard parcels.

Vibrant is 100% Chardonnay from the Petit Chablis appellation, sourced from vineyards across Chablis planted on Portlandian clay-limestone soils. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel, followed by ageing on fine lees in tank. The approach keeps the wine fresh and unoaked while adding subtle texture.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale gold with bright silver highlights.

Nose: Lemon, green apple and pineapple with subtle flint and lightly iodized mineral notes.

Palate: Light and lively, with juicy citrus and crisp orchard fruit supported by bright acidity.

Finish: Clean and mouthwatering, with lingering citrus, green apple and a lightly saline mineral edge.
