Single malt Scotch from Speyburn Distillery. This single cask whisky was distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years in a PX sherry butt. In 2022, 669 bottles were drawn for the Hunter Laing The Old Malt Cask series, bottled at cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration. Tasting Notes: Nose Milk chocolate, sweet cereal notes, and some dried vine fruits. Palate Maltesers, with some brown sugar, praline, and candied orange peel. Finish Rich and sweet, with warming spices.
