Pale & Dry XO Cognac Grande Champagne

Pale & Dry XO was created in 1920 by Jacques and Robert Delamain and has remained one of the defining expressions of the house for more than a century. The name refers to both its unusually pale natural colour and its deliberately elegant, fruit-forward style.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Delicate vanilla and apricot with passion fruit, fresh orange zest and almond.
Palate: Silky and fruit-driven, with vanilla folding into ripe apricot alongside ginger and gentle warming spice.
Finish: Long, intense and beautifully balanced, with lingering fruit, spice and refined oak.
