Great fruit, helped along only when necessary using a soft touch, will result in great single vineyard wine from BC. This rare Cabernet Franc Icewine has a bright cherry red colour and enticing aromas of wild strawberry, red currant jelly, rhubarb and watermelon. This perfectly sweet Icewine is balanced by bracing acidity. Luscious flavours of red cherry, cranberry and raspberry fill the mouth, followed by notes of strawberry, rhubarb, pomegranate and sweet spice lingering exquisitely on the finish.
