Produced and bottled by Glasgow independent bottler North Star Spirits, GlenXXXX 19 Year Old is part of the company’s acclaimed small batch and single cask portfolio focused on showcasing distinctive Scotch whiskies with minimal intervention. Founded by Iain Croucher in 2016, North Star Spirits has quickly become one of Scotland’s most respected modern independent bottlers thanks to its commitment to natural colour, non chill-filtered releases, and carefully selected mature casks. The “GlenXXXX” naming convention is used to obscure the source distillery while still hinting at its Speyside origins, allowing the whisky’s character to speak for itself.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich aromas of baked apple, honeycomb, vanilla custard, polished oak, toffee, orange peel, and soft baking spice rise gently from the glass with hints of almond and dried fruit.

Palate: Silky and layered with notes of caramelized pear, shortbread, crème brûlée, toasted nuts, cinnamon, milk chocolate, and mature oak balanced by elegant malt sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering honey, oak spice, dried fruit, soft vanilla cream, and delicate peppery warmth fading into gentle tannic dryness.
