Blood Oath Pact No. 12

Pact 12 combines three rye-recipe Kentucky bourbons aged 7, 9 and 12 years. The source distilleries and exact mash bills remain undisclosed. Bottled at the series' signature 98.6 proof (49.3% ABV), the release comprises 51,000 bottles, including 1,400 reserved for a future Trilogy collection.

The defining feature is a sequential double finish in Italian wine casks applied to the 7-year-old bourbon component before blending.
- Montepulciano: Red wine casks from Abruzzo contribute ripe black cherry, leather and spiced cocoa.
- Sangiovese: Tuscan red wine casks introduce bright red fruit, dried herbs and a savoury edge.
The finished bourbon is then blended with the 9- and 12-year-old components, bringing together mature American oak, rye spice and layered Italian wine influence.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Ripe stone fruit, caramel and vanilla with black cherry, plum and subtle leather.
Palate: Rich caramel and dark berries develop into cocoa, seasoned oak and gentle savoury spice.
Finish: Lingering black cherry, warming rye spice, dry oak and a touch of earthy tobacco.
