Breaker Box Dry Gin is produced by True Wild Distilling in Calgary, Alberta, a working distillery, restaurant and cocktail bar housed inside a restored 1911 electrical substation. True Wild describes Breaker Box as a traditional-style, vapour-infused dry gin. Instead of relying solely on botanicals steeped directly in the spirit, vapour infusion allows alcohol vapour to pass through the botanical ingredients during distillation, extracting their more aromatic and delicate compounds.

Nose: Fresh and aromatic, with citrus peel, floral notes and clean juniper complemented by a more herbaceous, wild-botanical character.

Palate: Bright and crisp, balancing citrus and juniper with layered herbs and florals. At 45%, there's enough body and intensity to give the botanicals definition without losing the gin's clean character.
