The Old Bourbon County (OBC) range pays tribute to the history of Bourbon County itself and showcases the distillery's commitment to handcrafted whiskey. This single cask expression represents the most individual side of the range, with each barrel bottled separately at natural cask strength to preserve its unique characteristics.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla bean, honey, toasted oak, candied orange peel, and baking spices are joined by hints of roasted nuts and dark fruit.

Palate: Full-bodied and powerful with layers of toffee, brown sugar, cinnamon, pepper, charred oak, vanilla custard, and dried orchard fruit, balanced by a robust barrel spice.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering caramel, toasted oak, black pepper, cinnamon, and a touch of leather and sweet corn.
