La Chasse des Princes Vacqueyras

La Chasse des Princes Vacqueyras is produced by Cellier des Princes, a historic Rhône cooperative founded in 1925 by a group of local winegrowers. Today, the estate represents more than 600 hectares across the Southern Rhône and remains closely associated with Châteauneuf-du-Pape and neighbouring appellations including Vacqueyras and Gigondas.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Clear ruby red with vivid purple reflections.

Nose: Generous aromas of ripe berries, blackcurrant and strawberry layered with violet, warm spice and hints of wild Mediterranean herbs and garrigue.

Palate: Rich and smooth, with ripe dark and red fruit supported by supple tannins. Liquorice, peppery spice and savoury herbal notes add depth without sacrificing the wine’s approachable character.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering liquorice, ripe fruit and Southern Rhône spice.
