$389.99
A 2004 Bunnahabhain bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.3% as an 18-year-old in 2022 from a single sherry cask by Morrison Distillers for their Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask series.
Sherried Bunnahabhain has really found its audience recently, with most new indie versions being snapped up pretty sharpish. this cask strength sherried Bunna 2004 is at a good age and high strength, so we can’t see it hanging around.
Càrn Mòr is an independent bottling label produced by the family owned and operated Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers. Morrisons own the Aberargie distillery in Perth, Scotland which is now 3 years old (January 2021). The company was originally started by an ex employee of the independent bottling company Scottish Liqueur Centre when in 2008 he gathered a group of whisky enthusiasts and began bottling and selling whisky. The Gaelic name Càrn Mòr is given to the ninth highest mountain in Scotland which sits on the Northwest Highlands. The English translation is Great Peak.
Released as part of the Celebration Of The Cask range this Bunnahabhain was distilled in 2004 and sat maturing in an ex Sherry butt for no less than 18 years . It was bottled by Càrn Mòr in 2022 at 58.3% ABV with only 300 bottles making their way to Canada.”
