On the nose you’ll detect green apple, lemon sweets, and marshmallow, followed by vanilla and subtle floral jasmine tones. The palate is creamy and lively with grapefruit, pineapple, honeycomb, and a light peppery kick, rounded out by soft oak. The finish is medium-long, warming with wood spice, a hint of mint, and a clean citrus linger. Best enjoyed neat to let the apples and citrus shine, or add a drop of water to sharpen the fruit and ease into its sweeter honeyed character.
