On the palate flavours of cassia bark, gooseberries, rhubarb, and papaya unfold, layered with pear drops and golden syrup. The finish lingers with liquorice, a touch of orange zest, and sweet oak warmth. Best enjoyed neat in a tulip glass to appreciate the full complexity, or with a few drops of water to open up fruit and spice. Also worth trying alongside dark chocolate or nutty desserts.
