Edradour 2013 Ibisco 12 Year Old

Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries, located near Pitlochry in the Highlands and celebrated for its hands-on production methods and richly textured spirit. The Ibisco series is known for showcasing heavily sherried single cask and small batch releases presented in distinctive squat Ibisco decanters, often bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration. Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich raisins and dark cherry lead, followed by cocoa, roasted nuts, leather, and warming baking spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and oily, with layers of fruitcake, toffee, espresso, and dark chocolate balanced by cinnamon, oak, and dense sherry sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, spice, cocoa bitterness, and a gently earthy oak fade.
