Garmon Tempranillo

Garmón Continental was founded by the García family, renowned for their deep connection to Ribera del Duero and generations of influential Spanish winemaking. The project focuses on producing wines that emphasize vineyard character and the purity of Tempranillo sourced from carefully selected old-vine parcels throughout the region.

The vineyards are situated at high elevations across Ribera del Duero, where dramatic temperature shifts between warm days and cool nights contribute to balanced ripening, aromatic complexity, and natural acidity. Many of the vines are planted in limestone and clay-rich soils that add structure and mineral character to the finished wines.

Winemaking is intentionally restrained to preserve the expression of terroir. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before fermentation under controlled conditions. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, adding texture and integration while allowing the wine’s fruit concentration and regional identity to remain central. The resulting style is polished and age-worthy, combining modern precision with traditional depth.
