Grounded Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon

Coordination between winery and vineyard teams allowed us to harvest, sort and process optimally ripe fruit under ideal conditions. Winemaking, oak aging and blending were carefully monitored at each step to enhance the wine’s natural identity. Red garnet in color, with a youthful purple hue, our 2021 Grounded Wine Co. California Cabernet Sauvignon leads with heady aromas of black cherry, cassis and licorice. On the palate, the wine shows ripe blackberry, dusty cocoa and sweet oak that complement the silky texture of this classic Cabernet throughout its long, aromatic finish.
