Ichiro’s Malt Double Distilleries Malt

This whisky unites single malts from Chichibu—Japan’s first new distillery in decades—and the legendary Hanyu Distillery, founded by Ichiro Akuto’s grandfather and now closed. Ichiro famously rescued the remaining Hanyu stock, later using it to craft some of the world’s most sought-after blends, including the famed Malt Card Series.

Aroma:
Fragrant and lightly floral with gentle vanilla, soft spices, apricot, orange zest, and fresh citrus vibrancy.

Palate:
Bright malt character leads into woody and oak-driven depth, developing into chocolate, exotic fruits, and subtle tangerine tones.
