Kilchoman Distillery, founded in 2005 on the rugged west coast of Islay, stands out as one of the few truly integrated whisky producers in Scotland — growing, malting, distilling and bottling its spirit entirely on site. Its single malts are rooted in traditional farm practices with a distinct island character informed by sea air, peat smoke and meticulous craft.

Nose: Fresh vanilla and tropical fruit aroma greeted by hints of fresh hay, toasted oak, grassy notes and a touch of salted butter.

Palate: A smooth and rich interplay of milk chocolate, salted caramel and clean peat smoke with bright candied citrus, lemon zest and ripe pear, accented by a sprinkling of white pepper.
