Colour: Brilliant pale gold with green reflections

Nose: Aromas of white peach, pear, and citrus blossom layered with notes of pineapple, vanilla, toasted hazelnut, and subtle floral nuances

Palate: Medium- to full-bodied, with flavours of ripe orchard fruit, lemon curd, and tropical fruit balanced by fresh acidity. A creamy texture from lees ageing is complemented by subtle oak spice and mineral undertones

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering citrus, stone fruit, and delicate toasted notes
