The 2021 growing season allowed for steady ripening, yielding fruit with good concentration and freshness. The blend typically centers on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with expressive contributions from traditional southern varieties like Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and sometimes others, depending on the vintage.
