Montes Wings 2021 Carmenere

Montes, founded in 1987, is a leading Chilean winery recognized for its role in elevating the country’s international reputation for premium wines. Colour: Deep ruby with violet tones
Nose: Aromas of ripe blackberries, plum, and cassis, layered with notes of spice, dark chocolate, and subtle herbal hints typical of Carmenère
Palate: Full-bodied and structured, with concentrated dark fruit flavours, fine-grained tannins, and balanced acidity supporting notes of mocha, pepper, and dried herbs
Finish: Long and persistent, with lingering spice, cocoa, and savoury undertones

Suitable for mid- to long-term cellaring; best enjoyed over 5–10 years from vintage, with potential for further development under proper conditions.
