Aspect: Dark, bright, clean, transparent amber, appearance of thick glycerin when shaken on the walls of the glass, hues of bright copper can be seen on the rim of the glass. Nose:  Notes of deep and prolonged aging predominate. Aromas of wood, caramelized roast, dried fruits such as plums and raisins, with a slightly sweet fragrance. Flavor: Long, very unctuous balsamic, moderately sweet and with a slightly well-integrated bitter touch. Notes of wood, almond and nuts from prolonged aging. It shows an excellent evolution of the aging of alcohols. Sensation when swallowing: Robust frank body, fills the palate very well. Fiery, slightly bitter notes and a long and persistent finish.
