On the nose there is fresh orchard fruit like apple and pear alongside soft vanilla cream and warm baked spice. As it breathes, richer notes such as dried apricot or soft peach appear, complemented by oak warmth and perhaps a hint of honeyed caramel.
The palate brings gentle fruit sweetness, light citrus zest, and a deeper layer of wood spice. Some gentle oak tannin will show through, giving structure and balance.
The finish is expected to be long, with lingering fruit, vanilla, and a trace of oak with a soft warmth that stays.

Best enjoyed neat in a tulip glass to fully appreciate its aromatics, or with a little water to open the fruit and mellow the oak.
