Tardieu-Laurent, founded in the 1990s, is a négociant-éleveur specializing in Rhône Valley wines, with a strong focus on old-vine sourcing and minimal intervention. The house works closely with growers across key appellations, selecting fruit from low-yielding vineyards to produce wines of depth and site expression.

The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge is typically Grenache-dominant, supported by Syrah, Mourvèdre, and other permitted varieties. Fruit is sourced from multiple lieux-dits within the appellation, contributing to complexity. Tardieu-Laurent is known for partial or full whole-cluster fermentation (depending on vintage and parcel) and ageing in large-format oak (foudres) and barrels, often with minimal racking and filtration to preserve texture and character.
