Two Brewers Release 51

Two Brewers Whisky is produced in Whitehorse, Yukon, where founders Bob Baxter and Al Hansen apply a brewer’s mindset to single malt whisky. Working with small batches and meticulous blending, each numbered release is a unique snapshot rather than a repeated recipe. Release 51 continues this philosophy, drawing on select casks to balance malt-driven richness with subtle influence from oak and climate, resulting in a whisky that reflects both intention and place.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of honeyed malt, light orchard fruit, and gentle spice lead the nose. The palate is smooth and layered, offering notes of sweet grain, vanilla, and soft dried fruit, complemented by hints of citrus peel and warming oak.
