Yukon Single Malt Two Brewers Release 52

Two Brewers is a craft whisky producer based in Whitehorse, Yukon, born from the brewing heritage of Yukon Brewing and founded by Bob Baxter and Alan Hansen. Drawing on their brewing expertise, the distillery applies diverse mash bills, fermentation techniques and barrel strategies to create single malts that are distinct, deeply flavoured and rarely repeated — each release is small-batch and unique.

Nose: A layered malt aroma with hints of baking spice, ripe orchard fruit and toasted oak, possibly with herbal or honeyed notes.

Palate: Rich mouthfeel with vanilla, caramel and gentle spice, balanced by crisp cereal character and subtle oak influence.

Finish: Smooth and lingering, echoing malt sweetness and light spice with a quietly warming close that showcases the whisky’s depth and maturation.
