Las Cumbres is a value-focused wine brand inspired by the vineyard regions of South America, where cool evenings and abundant sunshine create ideal conditions for producing expressive, fruit-driven wines. The name, meaning "the summits," reflects the influence of the Andes Mountains, whose cooling effects help preserve freshness and balance in the grapes.

This Pinot Noir is sourced from vineyards selected for their ability to produce ripe fruit while maintaining the variety’s hallmark elegance and aromatic character. The climate encourages slow, even ripening, allowing the grapes to develop vibrant fruit flavours without excessive weight or tannin.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal purity. Oak influence is kept minimal, allowing the bright fruit, silky texture, and delicate aromatics of Pinot Noir to remain the focus.

Colour: Bright ruby red with garnet reflections

Nose: Aromas of cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry layered with subtle notes of violet, spice, and soft earthy undertones

Palate: Light- to medium-bodied, with silky tannins and refreshing acidity. Flavours of red cherry, cranberry, and raspberry are complemented by hints of baking spice and delicate floral notes

Finish: Smooth and elegant, with lingering red fruit and a fresh, balanced finish
