Man Warrelwind Sauvignon Blanc

MAN Family Wines was founded through the collaboration of three South African wine families whose shared goal was to produce approachable wines that overdeliver in quality and regional expression. The name “MAN” is derived from the initials of the founders’ wives, reflecting the winery’s family-oriented philosophy and hands-on approach to winemaking.

Warrelwind Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from carefully selected vineyards in South Africa’s Western Cape, where cooling ocean influences and varied soils help preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. The name “Warrelwind,” meaning whirlwind, reflects the energetic and refreshing nature of the wine.

Fruit is harvested during the cooler hours of the day to maintain freshness and aromatic purity. Fermentation takes place primarily in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, preserving the bright citrus, tropical fruit, and herbaceous characteristics typical of Sauvignon Blanc. Minimal intervention and avoidance of heavy oak influence allow the wine’s crisp, clean profile to remain at the forefront.
