Distilled in 2016, this whisky rested in a bourbon cask at Chichibus style dunnage warehouse before bottling at full barrel strength. The nose is captivating with notes of vanilla, honey, melon, and caramel. On the palate, expect fruity pineapple and white peach that evolves into a malty richness and white pepper. The finish is long and delicate with firm maltiness and a dusting of pastry confectionery. A limited release of 194 bottles.
