Springbank 21 Year Old

Springbank Distillery, founded in 1828 in Campbeltown on Scotland’s Kintyre Peninsula, is one of Scotland’s most traditional and revered whisky producers. Still family-owned by J&A Mitchell & Co., the distillery is known for carrying out nearly every stage of production on site, including floor malting, distillation, maturation, and bottling. This hands-on approach allows Springbank to maintain exceptional control over its distinctive whisky style.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich dried fruits with raisins and figs, dark chocolate, polished oak, honeyed malt, and a subtle maritime freshness.

Palate: Full and layered with sherried fruit, toffee, roasted nuts, citrus peel, and gentle peat smoke supported by warming spice.

Finish: Long and elegant with lingering oak, dark fruit sweetness, soft smoke, and a refined coastal salinity.
