Coopers Choice Tormore 2015 7 Year Old Port

Distilled at Tormore in 2015, this single malt was filled into American oak casks, before finishing in an ex-Port cask. After a total of seven years, the whisky was bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., independently releasing a total of 360 bottles for The Coopers Choice series. Nose: Red apples and grilled peaches lead, with toasted oak bringing hearty spice. Palate: Cinnamon and nutmeg join a medley of orchard fruits before darker forest berries and chocolate coffee beans arrive.
